Bronwyn Cornelius

Bronwyn Cornelius is a Sundance and SXSW Grand Jury Award-winning producer. She is also a fellow lister maker and paper store enthusiast.

A champion of diverse storytellers, she is currently developing Kenyan political thriller The Czar; a feature adaptation of the YA novel When We Collided, starring Laura Marano; comedy sketch series A Brief History of Misogyny in partnership with Nina Tassler; a dramedy series Mad About Men written by Kit Steinkellner, and a comedy series inspired by her time working on Wall Street.

She is an ardent supporter of female content creators, and overall diverse voices behind and in front of the camera, Bronwyn develops and produces film and TV projects that illuminate social issues and/or have a social impact element.

Her overall career experience includes projects with Paramount Pictures, 20th Century Fox, Warner Bros and Gracie Films, where her work in feature films began alongside a veteran studio line producer on such Academy Award-winning movies as Jerry Maguire and As Good As It Gets.

Her award-winning independent features have screened at festivals around the world, and enjoyed theatrical releases and critical-acclaim, with recent film and awards contender Clemency premiering at and winning the 2019 Sundance Grand Jury Prize in the US Dramatic Competition.

Bronwyn's other professional experience includes several years on Wall Street as a sales trader, and in global public relations and communications in Hong Kong, New York and Los Angeles. She was also a founding partner of Generation 21 / G21.com, dedicated to aiding fulfillment of the United Nations' Millennium Development Goals.
